Af arrived late
Af started today which is exactly 7 days late. I had horrible cramps earlier for about 3 hours but now there gone and I'm literally so dizzy I can bearly stand. The room feels like it's spinning, and I'm out of breath . This is very very out of the normal for me should I be worried ??
