What are your fighting rules?
Do you have fighting rules for when you and your SO fight? We have a few.
1. No yelling.
2. No name calling. You can say "you're acting like a jerk" but you can't actually call the other one a jerk.
3. You're not allowed to leave the house during a fight. You can go anywhere in the house you want to but you can't leave.
