Should Internet Access be Free?

Should we have Wifi, and the Internet free to the public period. I'm getting sick of having to pay so much for what I need (what everybody needs) to have on a daily bases. I'm barely making it financially with them make this another dolla dolla bill yall. It's seems like it's another expensive product in their monopoly game. Shouldn't this be free? Especially if we need it for important things?

I think it just needs to be free to the public, and not have these companies make so much profit from us.
