Breast tenderness an confused
Glow says my period starts Nov 6 being 40 days which is how it was last month but yesterday I got some breast tenderness. Which I usually get before my period but didn't last month an its my second month on vitex. Do you think vitex has shorten my cycle? I don't even know if I ovulated but I did hurt around what would have been CD 14 in a 28 day cycle.
