Cm before AF?

Sooooo usually I dry up a couple days before AF shows and everyday leading up to THIS cycles AF I haven't. Could this be a small sign of pregnancy? Has anyone experienced this and gotten a positive test? AF was due 2/28 according to glow, tested bfn this morning. Getting impatient 😫😔😡
