Miscarriage?

I think I may be having a miscarriage. I've been cramping for three days and I had some light pink spotting at first and then absolutely no discharge of any kind of the next two days but cramps got worse. I finally started bleeding and it was bright bright red with dark almost black clots about two inches long each and one that looked alarmingly like it had something inside of it. Cramping is wicked, I feel sick to my stomach and I woke up screaming it hurts so bad. I normally clot but when I do they're normally a red fleshy color and much smaller.
