Anything to add?

Was wondering if anyone knew anything to add to my treatment to help become more fertile.I had surgery over summer and removed right ovary and all I have now is left ovary.they said I had no lesions or adhesions from the endometriosis in June when I had surgery.I am currently taking prenatal pills and will be getting ovulation strips to help predict my fertile window.anything I can add to help ?
