So I get my husband to help me with my self breast exams, and this morning when he did it for me he told me that my areolas looked lighter and bigger. And then he went for a playful squeeze of the nipples (it wasn't rough at all.) and it hurt really bad! It made me involuntarily say "ouch" which takes a lot. Periods not due for another 2 weeks. Could ovulation cause sore nipples, and larger off colored areolas?
