MCs -- help!

Sa
So I have a cousin who is 39, will be 40 the end of March and has been trying to have a baby with her husband for 8-10 years. She did all the tests and found out that it was she that was having the medical issues preventing pregnancy. She had treatments and had a few chemical pregnancies and has been devastated. As Catholics, there is only so much she can do in accordance with the faith to encourage conception.
Today, a day after I received a slight positive pregnancy test, I've found out was a chemical pregnancy. Today, I also received word from my mother (secretly) that my cousin is in hospital and "several weeks pregnant" has just suffered a miscarriage.
She is the God Mother of my first born, but I am not suppose to know. I have been asked to not say anything until she herself confides it in me. She is like a big sister that I never had and I want to be there for her, especially since I myself have lost a child in the last 24-48 hours and have had two other chemical pregnancies. I know it is very different when you're well into your first trimester. Advice anyone? Please be kind.
I am devastated for my cousin who wants so badly to carry her own child to term. She's told me before that she feels like a failure that she can't give herself or her husband a child, and I'm sure now more than ever, she feels defeated. I just don't know what to do 💔💔
