Safe supplements while taking clomid?
Hi ladies, are there any supplements that are safe that you can take to regulate hormones and cycles while taking clomid? I heard Vitex was a no. I haven't started clomid yet but will next cycle. My progesterone levels are low, I have annovulatory cycles sometimes but had a chemical pregnancy a year ago so I know I ovulate sometimes. My cycles are anywhere from 26-34 days.
