OPK and BBT not matching

Hi! I'm on my 2nd round of Clomid, now on 100mg. I got high (blinking smiley) for 4 days before finally getting a high peak (steady smiley) on CD 19, but my BBT is not showing a rise. I'm now 4 days passed my positive OPK (CD 23). Thought I ovulated as ovary pain subsided after the positive OPK, but now am thinking I didn't... Has anyone else had a similar experience?
