I have tried two different kinds of birth control pills and also the ring, but had to quit them all because they caused my hormones to go completely crazy and I was an emotional wreck all the time. I've heard good things about the patch, but nothing about how it affects us emotionally. Please let me know your experience or recommend any form of bc that is minimally intrusive on emotions!
