Unprotected Sex

So I'm 16 and I have a boyfriend of 2 years. we had unprotected drunk sex 2 nights ago. The morning after my vagina hurt a bit but now today it has a really foul odour with dark yellow discharge. and turned to lighter yellow through out the day. can anyone explain? I'm worried if it's an infection like I just don't know so help please !!
