Help please :(

So my guy and I had realllyyy rough sex the other night..and I think I have a friction burn on the side of my vagina..it was SO painful. Then the next night we tried to do it it wasnt so bad but it still seemed to hurt quite a bit and I dont know whats wrong its so uncomfortable to have sex :( I've investigated myself but it just looks red and swollen but a few hours later its normal. But still painful sex
