11 week appointment! Beyond hurt

Went in for ny 2nd appointment which I was suppose to be 11 weeks along. Talked to the doctor asked her about my previous ultra sound results since I hadn't gotten any information about it. Per ultrasound I was 6 weeks 5 days which would now make me 10 weeks 3 days. I went to repeat my ultrasound and soon as the tech put the camera on my belly I knew it was over. Baby was still measuring 6 weeks. No heartbeat. No bleeding no cramping. They called it a missed miscarriage! 😔😔
