My period cycle jumped from 30 to 40 as I got older? I'm my 20's tho.

When I was in high school my cycle was 30 days exactly between periods. I'm now 22 and my cycle is 40 days in between! Is there anything wrong with that? My cycles seem really irregular! Is this bad? Anything I should be concerned about? I also constantly have cyst on my ovaries causing me pains every month. Especially when I want kids in the future....I don't want there to be any problems. Should I be concerned?
