Tilted uterus ??

My uterus is titled towards my back which is causing me some lower back pain... Tell me about your experience with titled uterus if you have one? And what helps keep the pain down?? Mines is exercising

Mines tilted backwards too but I don't notice anything with it.

I found out mine is tilted back so much that at my first appt they couldn't even find my baby so panic of ectopic or chemical came into play. Eventually sent for an US and the tech said it was Uber hard to find but she luckily did. My last pregnancy I had bad back pain in the 3rd trimester mainly and a chiropractor helped with that a ton. I read after the uterus moves up with growin baby it should go away and not cause problems being tilted. Good luck

Mines not tilted towards the back but mine is more towards my right. I had constant bad back Braxton hicks and all back labor.
