IUD and late period?

I spent three long years on hormonal BC, hopping around from brand to brand til I was like "nope, this isn't for me" and got the paragard (copper) iud. And I got that in at the end of january, and then got my period as scheduled a week or so later. And now it's early March and I'm waiting on a period that is about 5 days late, and I'm wondering: has anyone else had paragard delay their period? Or had hormonal BC royally eff up their cycle when they got off it? Or anything that might explain this? I've had 3 negative pregnancy tests so I'm pretty sure that's not it lol. Please share any and all relevant stories ❤️😊
