Dry metal mouth?

Earlier I thought my mouth or nose was bleeding because I got a brief metallic taste in my mouth. I checked that I wasn't bleeding anywhere but then my mouth felt bone dry.
It's that really weird?
I've also had belly cramps and sore nipples (one had clear discharge yesterday).
