Yeah that happens to us... It's pretty normal though because it's just the semen that comes out, the sperm are already on their way to the cervix by that time. You're always gonna have some stuff that comes back out. Try elevating your hips for about 10 minutes afterwards but it's still not ALL going to stay in there. No worries 😊
