I need a place to vent but all of my friends are on my social media a apps except this one.
I'm sad. And yeah everyone gets sad, I know BUT I just want some advice on how to feel better from people who have no investment in my well-being.
Like do you think acting like everything is okay will make everything okay? In a "fake it till you make it way"? Because that's what I've been doing. But it feels unnatural and it hasn't gotten better. And I feel like I'm just so serious all the time so I don't want to talk to my friends because I don't want them to think I'm negative all the time or that I'm not someone they can talk to in a normal & happy way.
