Can I drink water before..?

Question

I have my three hour glucose test in the morning. Have to start fasting at 10PM tonight. Can I drink water before the test? Or am I supposed to stop drinking water after a certain point also? Id call my ob office but they're closed.

As a phlebotomist you can drink water, you can eat a little before the test but it's better not to for more accurate results.

I was told I could drink water and could even eat a biscuit as long as it didn't have jelly. Or toast.
