Real Estate Income Budgeting
For those of you who are real estate agents or if your SO is, and you budget monthly, how do you do it?
My husband just got his real estate liscence so our income is changing a little bit. How do you do a monthly budget when you don't know when, how much, or even if a check is coming? I stay at home and only work a few hours a month and we have a baby on the way. With a regular income he had in the past we did monthly budgets and got out of debt I'm just not sure how to do it now that it's so unreliable.
