Pacemaker

Any of you other beautiful mamas out there have a pacemaker? I'm 12 weeks today and found out Thursday (after a really rough, WEAK week) that my pacemaker (that I only just got placed in May) is not working correctly and the whole thing needs to come out and be replaced. They told me I had to wait until 15 weeks due to radiation. Anyone else gone through something similar? I'm pretty scared. I'm worried what exposing my baby to that radiation could do and I'm worried the stress of the procedure is also extremely unhealthy.
