Depression and Anxiety

Does anyone suffer from severe depression and anxiety? I've suffered from this since I was in elementary school. I am now grown and suffer from this often. It's to the point where my whole body aches, no appetite, sleep all day, no energy. I don't have suicide thoughts or want to hurt anyone else. I'm on Effexor 150mg but it's just not working 100%.  I have a Dr app this month to see if there is something better for me. I wouldn't wish this on anyone. This is not just mentally painful but physically as well.
