Condom came off!!!!

Help me!!! My hubby n I were doing it last night n he had just came well after I finished we discovered that the condom was no longer on him it had come off inside me and was pretty far up there well when i was finally able to get it out it looked empty...👎🏻😱.  But my period had just ended yesterday but there could be a possibility of my bleeding today I never know. Should I worry????
