How long should u wait??

After sex I always have to use the bathroom for both number 1 n 2 so how long should I wait after sex to get up n use the bathroom?

I hear it is a myth about laying down with hips up after to achieve conception. He shot them all the way up there it's up to one to make it. 
Always urinate after sex, it ensures no bacteria sticks around and helps prevent UTIs, and that is essential if you do conceive, any infection can harm a potential pregnancy

I try to wait at least ten minutes myself.

My doctor said lie flat for 30 mins after but I've read a ton of articles that say it doesn't really matter.... Not very helpful lol

I read both about waiting and about it not really being nessary to wait. For me, I wait around 10-15 minutes, but if you're prone to getting UTI's then I'd say to use the bathroom as soon as you and OH are done BD.
