Conception sensations?

Question

Anyone have super early feelings/sensations that they successfully conceived? I'm wondering if it's just psychosomatic? I'm about 6 days away from AF and I'm moody, back pain, sensitive boobs, tired, little nauseous and some fluttery/crampy feelings.

The months when we were trying and I wasn't pregnant I had more of those feelings and symptoms then the actual month I got pregnant.

I convinced myself i was pregnant at months that i wasnt and when i finally conceived i was convincing myself that i wasn't preggers even with clear symptoms! Its strange to describe but i didn't have the "gut feeling" that women claim they get when they conceive
