No Symptoms

I feel like every one is posting about all the symptoms they are experiencing and I have none. I'm five weeks 1 day and my breasts are maybe a little tender when I wear a bra but nothing out of the ordinary. I've had 5 chemicals so I'm extremely worried about getting hurt again. I'm looking for women like me. Other than two pink lines is there anyone who has no idea they are pregnant?
