Ovulation pain or cysts/fibroids?

Does anyone else experience pelvic pain, targeted in the hip region on both sides? About 2-10 days before menstruation. I've always suffered with PMS and painful periods but only suffered cramps when menstruation commenced. It's mainly targeted pain in both my ovary areas and I've noticed a significant difference between, what I usually assume is ovulation pain, a mid cycle twinge, and the pain associated with my previous few cycles. My avg cycle is 29 days, avg luteal phase is 14 days, and I've been off BC for just over a year. I cannot confirm ovulation as I do not preform opk tests, although my discomfort is plausible to such.  I just wanted to share this topic as I thought it'd be informative to hear other people's experiences. Is it possible I have cysts or fibroids, or am I just irrationally worrying? TIA! :)
