How do I read this?

This chart is on fertile friend for me, that horizontal red line is my coverline, right? What does it mean if my period started but my temp never dropped below my coverline? Is it possible that I'm pregnant and just bleeding, it isn't my period? I took a test yesterday 13 dpo according to glow and it was neg :( I'm just confused

My temp sometimes drops the next day after the period start. See what happens tomorrow.

If your worried about it or don't fully understand it the best thing you could do is ask your doctor or gyn/ob.  Sometimes all you need to do is call them up and talk to them over the phone. But remember every women's body is different when the say that somethi bf is "normal" as in a range of numbers doesn't mean it's "normal" for you. To find YOUR "normal" take it for a few more months.
