Bad diet during pregnancy?
I'm in my 2nd trimester, 16 weeks! I am extremely concerned of my baby's health as during my first trimester I had an appalling diet due to my sickness, I definitly wasn't getting my daily intake of nutrients and i also wasn't consistent with my vitamins. I also struggle to drink a lot of water, I drink mostly milk,orange juic, low caffeinated sweet tea and sometimes soda! Well now that I am feeling better I want to improve my diet and will make sure to take my vitamins regularly I'm just concerned the damage could already be done, what do you ladies think?
