Weird period cycle

I tested for ovulation and it came out positive. Then my period came two days early and only lasted two days and wasn't as heavy as my normal period. My periods usually last at least 5 days and spotting for one to two days after. Kind of weird. I have irregular periods because I spot right before and right after and my periods are super heavy. Just trying to get some insight from girls having the same issue or may know some info. Thanks!
