Questions about Mirena IUD!!??

I had my marina in for about a year and a half and had regular periods throughout the year and a half. I just got it taken out on February 4 and then started heavy bleeding on the sixth and it lasted about four days. Every time I had sex I would bleed a little bit.. I had heavy flow for two days on the 25th and 26. I am not positive but I think I ovulated on the 20th. According to glow my period was supposed to come yesterday and it hasn't yet I have done home pregnancy test and got BFN. I have had symptoms of pregnancy but I just don't know what to do anymore can anyone give me any advice??
