No AF 😠😠

I don't understand why my body does this to me.. Last AF started December 30th and last till Janurary 3rd. Haven't have AF since, I do believe I just spotted through AF last month but I've never spotted before I my life. I had countless BFN. I took an ovulation test to see what it would show and it had the faintest line. I have PCOS but have been very regular(having period monthly) the last 8 months. As of right now I am 28 days late 😭😣☹️🙁😖
