Honestly, please enlighten me. The Republican Party seems very hypocritical to me. They don't like big government but want to use the government to take away human rights. There's a supposed separation between church and state and yet they run off their religious convictions. Most believe in Jesus but don't want to help others when they're down. It just seems odd that people who believe in doing right by others would not want to help others.
