Help!! Kidney infection?

2 weeks ago I've had UTI symptoms but it quickly cleared up and I was feeling okay for a few days until I started having really mild lower back pain only when I laid down and then I started noticing it throughout the day. I pee regularly and it doesn't burn or anything. I literally only have a sore back which actually feels like it's going away. I'm planning on going to the doctors really soon. Is this a kidney infection orrr?
