Confused!

My AF was 13 days late and then boom. Now I am on cycle day 12 and have a creamy discharge with spotting! First of all I have PCOS and this is the first time that I have had a period consistently for about 8 months in a row; ranging from a 29 to 34 day cycle. So I don't know what to think.
