11dpo, no bfp but upset tummy past few days.
I am 11dpo today. Had a negative test this morning but I have been sick all day! I've been nauseous the past three days or so even throwing up a few times. Is it possible I could still be pregnant? Anyone else have symptoms before it registered on a hpt?
