Question ...

What could be the reason for me sometimes getting sores on my tongue. I eat spicy, salty, sour stuff alot . My boyfriend says its cause of that . And its random . Its like after i eat something i notice. Its not herpes or anything. i have gotten tested and i know what they look like. These things on my tongue you cant see them but it bothers me cause they feel like little cuts . I will be honest and say i dont brush my teeth as much as i should and yeah yeah ik i should be better i am trying , sounds stupid but i am but anyone else deal with this too ? and what could this be ? Ohh and they go away within a couple of days .
