$700 a paycheck for a single income family. We still get money back at the end of the year, though. As long as we don't owe..

They take a negligible amount from my husbands checks for federal taxes... It amounts to 6.08 per check.. We don't pay state taxes because out home of record is in Florida. When we file we get back a good amount.

The take about $115 for social security monthly and $27 for Medicare.

Over 1k per check and I only get back 2500 at tax time for paying tuition which I pay 16k for during the year. After this year. I wont get anything back anything.
