9weeks and no bigger

This is baby #2 for me and I feel like I was in maternity pants by this time. I am about 25 lbs heavier but worried baby stopped growing.....yea I know I'm crazy but this is pregnancy after a loss and infertility brain. anyone else 9 weeks and no bigger?
