How do you like the name Jessa?

My sister Jessica is fighting the biggest battle of her life. They're saying there is hope for survival but she has a very rare genetic disease and it seems like more complications are coming up everyday. She is my best friend and my everything. Idk if God made me pregnant at this time for a reason bht I want to honor my sisters life and if I have a baby girl to name her jessa. So what do you guys think? Is it too much of a nicname sounding name or maybe just go with full Jessica. I wanted to change it a bit and thought jessa jo would be awesome. Btw my sisters middle name is jo. Maybe even nicname her jojo. Thanks.
