So has symptoms

What do you guys feel about your SO having early pregnancy symptoms as well? This last week me and my SO have been greatly ill (starting with him). Exactly a week ago, he woke up throwing up, stomach hurting and back hurting. My symptoms came about 2 or 3 hours later. Mines also came with pelvic pains and back pains so great that they were moving down to my butt. What do yall think? I kind of think it too early for symptoms. But...
