Self problems!

So I found myself crying this morning over how I carry myself this morning. I'm 21 years old I never go get my hair done always wear it down most of the time in a ponytail. I don't dress up at all the clothes I have look like shit! I have two kids & a BF. Something in the back of my mind tells me that he isn't interested & If so I'm sure it's because of nr appearance & how I carry my myself.
