Kind of freaking out.

So on Friday I get sick. High fever, cough, the whole 9 yards... It keeps getting worse, my fever at some points has gotten up to 103. The thing I'm worried about is that I'm 6-7 dpo. Could my high fever and all the medicine I've been taking cause implantation to not take place, or if it already has caused me to lose it? I really don't know a lot about this stuff. This is my first baby I'm TTC.
