Bleeding during sex?

Ive been bleeding during sex numerous times. Ive had different partners and i bleed no matter what. Ive googled it and it didnt give me very many answers. I take birth control and have been for many years but this hasnt happened until recently. All the time i was never around my period at all.  What does this mean? What should i do?
