Freaking Out

I was wondering if anyone can help me. I kinda freaking out don't know what to think but I just went to the bathroom number 2 but when I went to wipe I was lightly bleeding not from my behind but from my vagina and it can't be my period cause I'm not supposed to start for another 11 days. I do understand that cycles change but this is kinda weird for me. Anyone have any idea what it could be?
