Broken Condom!

So I've been with my husband for going on 10 years and we've been having sex since the beginning without any problems. Well the other day the condom actually broke. I calculated it and I'm about 9 days from my next period and technically day 19 on my ovulation. I'm only adding that because I've heard you can only get pregnant during the 12th and 16th day of ovulating. So my question is... what are the odds that I am pregnant?
