Help! Very nervous and feeling stupid about it.

my boyfriend and I showered together yesterday and I gave him head in the shower and he finished on my chest, then we both freaked out! is there a possibility that it got inside of me? please don't judge, I'm just sooo nervous that there's a chance. we're both virgins and super paranoid about this stuff. also, I started birth control last month and I didn't get my period at all this month. yesterday, I started my second pack of birth control so I don't think I'll get my period at all this month. someone please put my mind at ease!
